เมื่อวันที่ 30 มิถุนายน และ 2 กรกฎาคม 2568 รศ.ดร.ฐาปนีย์ ธรรมเมธา ผู้อำนวยการโครงการมหาวิทยาลัยไซเบอร์ไทย, ศ. ดร.จินตวีร์ คล้ายสังข์ และ รศ.ดร. อนุชัย ธีระเรืองไชยศรี รองผู้อำนวยการโครงการมหาวิทยาลัยไซเบอร์ไทย ได้เดินทางไปเข้าร่วมงานประชุม EMOOCs 2025: the Ninth European MOOCs stakeholders Summit 2025 ซึ่งในปีนี้ได้จัดร่วมกับงาน the International Open edX Conference ตั้งแต่วันที่ 1 – 4 กรกฎาคม 2568 ณ Télécom Paris สถาบัน Polytechnique de Paris กรุงปารีส ประเทศฝรั่งเศส

ในงาน ได้มีโอกาสนำเสนอผลงานถึงสองเรื่องด้วยกัน โดยเรื่องแรกได้นำเสนอเกี่ยวกับประสบการณ์ ตัวอย่างคำสำเร็จ และแนวทางการดำเนินงานของโครงการมหาวิทยาลัยไซเบอร์ไทยด้วยแพลตฟอร์ม Thai MOOC ภายใต้หัวข้อ “Unlocking Lifelong Learning Through the Thai MOOC National Digital

Learning Platform: A Case Study from Thailand” เรื่องที่สองได้นำเสนอถึงการบูรณาการเทคโนโลยีปัญญาประดิษฐ์เข้ากับแพลตฟอร์ม Thai MOOC ภายใต้หัวข้อ “The Integration of Generative Al-Powered Chatbot for Automated Learning Support: Thai MOOC Platform Experience”

นอกจากได้นำเสนอผลงานแล้วนั้น ยังได้มีโอกาสหารือและแลกเปลี่ยนแนวทางการดำเนินงาน การออกแบบพัฒนาและต่อยอดสมรรถนะระบบการให้บริการผ่านแนวคิด metadata, courses directory, stackable courses, micro credential, platform scalability, digital badges รวมถึงการแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ การหารือความร่วมมือกับสมาชิก EU และผู้เข้าร่วมงานประชุม European MOOCs ในประเทศต่างๆ ในทวีปยุโรป

On the 30th of June to 2nd of July 2025. Assoc. Prof. Dr. Thapanee Thammetar, Director of Thailand Cyber University Project, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Anuchai Theeraroungchaisri, and Prof. Dr. Jintavee Khlaisang, Deputy Director of Thailand Cyber University Project attends the EMOOCs 2025: the Ninth European MOOCs stakeholders Summit 2025 which this year is jointly held with the International Open edX Conference which will be held from july 1st – 4th at the Télécom Paris, Polytechnique Institute of Paris, France.

During the conference they have the opportunity to present two of their research papers. The first is about the experience, success story, and the operations of the Thailand Cyber University project with the Thai MOOC platform under the title “Unlocking Lifelong Learning Through the Thai MOOC National Digital Learning Platform: A Case Study from Thailand” Another topic is about Thai MOOC’s utilization of artificial intelligence technologies under the title “The Integration of Generative Ai-Powered Chatbot for Automated Learning Support: Thai MOOC Platform Experience”

In Addition to their presentations, they also have the chance to discuss and exchange insights of curriculum design, course development, and the enhancement of MOOC platform with metadata, courses directory, stackable courses, micro credential, platform scalability, digital badges and discuss the potential collaboration with European Union’s members and conference attendees from many countries in Europe.
